Metcon
Metcon (8 Rounds for reps)
Every 5 Minutes for 40 Minutes, alternating between:
– 500m Row
– 20 Bar Facing Burpees + 20 Toes to Bar

To be clear on the format of the workout, on "go", athletes row 500m, then rest until the 5:00 mark, when they then perform the 20/20 , resting the remainder until the 10:00 mark when they row again.

0:00-5:00 Row
5:00-10:00 Bar Facing Burpees + T2B
10:00-15:00 Row
15:00-20:00 Bar Facing Burpees + T2B
Etc..repeat until the 40 min mark

-Record your time for each round
