40 Kettlebell Swings 53/35lbs

In the remaining time find a 3RM Deadlift

*Everyone should have at least 7 minutes to deadlift

All athletes should attempt to complete all 3 rounds , but if they are unable to finish by the 23 minute mark, they should move onto the deadlifts. All athletes must start their deadlifting with the empty bar before progressing to heavier and heavier weights, and may share bars with similar strength athletes if needed.
