Rest as needed between sets.
Athletes may add weight for each set, then reset to a lighter weight for the second set of 12. The final set of 6 is the athlete’s score for the day.
Perform 3 Rounds of:
10 Bar Facing Burpees
10 Clean and Jerks 95/65lbs
In the remaining time, max Bar Muscle Ups.
