30/20 Calorie AAB
15 Power Snatches*

Round 1: 0:00-10:00
Round 2: 10:00-20:00

*Use approximately 80% of your 1RM Power Snatch

*In round 1, athletes rest with whatever time they have left in the 10:00 window. On round 2, athletes have until the 20:00 mark to complete the work. Each round is scored separately and for time.
