What are your operating times?

Do you offer drop-ins?
If you’re visiting from out of state, we welcome you as a drop-in. To learn more and reserve your spot in class or open gym,

Is there care for my kids?
We know schedules can be hard, especially when you have kids. Luckily, at CGXFitness we have a fun-filled play area for the kids. They can participate in movement activities, watch movies, color, play with new friends, and more!
Can I bring a guest with me?
Yes, we welcome all ages and fitness levels.
Where can I place my personal belongings while I am working out?
We have an area upstairs where you can drop off your personal items. Our members have their boxes and lockers upstairs as well.
How do I book a place in a class?
You don’t need to book a time to come in - just shoot us an email at [email protected] and let us know if you are wanting to stop in.
What is included with personal training?
Personal training is offered 1-on-1, buddy , or small group (3-4). If you're looking to get started on your fitness journey, dial in results, or looking for that extra push, contact to get more information and set up a FREE consult/demo session.

Personal training will allow for a flexible schedule, 1-on-1 coaching, accountability, and more! No matter your goals, our personal training will help you discover an individualized, sustainable fitness solution. What is included in the nutritional programs?
This is a one-time program that includes an initial consultation, baseline InBody and review of nutrition history. Plan will include individualized calorie/macro goals based on YOUR body and YOUR goals, nutritional goals and guidelines, sample meal plan, nutritional education and resources.

How do I pause or cancel my membership?
Please send us an email at [email protected] or touch base with a coach while in the gym.
